The Borough of Huntingdon is currently accepting applications for the position of Borough Secretary. The ideal applicant will be a team player, assertive, willing to learn new tasks, organizational leadership and supervisory skills, HR, accounting, filing, payroll, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheets, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preference will be given to those applicants having experience in municipal government.
Minimum education requirements include High School or GED and college credits.
Applicant is responsible for attending all Borough committee and Council meetings.
Salary and benefits will commensurate with experience and education.
