Located at along Penn Street just over the Smithfield bridge across from Laney’s Feed Mill.

This park features a paved walking loop, skatepark and fishing pier.

The Portstown Park Pavilion is available to rent for picnics, birthdays, anniversary parties, and other special events.  The rental fee is $40.00.
