The bond established between Officer Rhett Stetchock and K9 Tony forms a working companionship that is utilized to protect the safety of Huntingdon Borough. Tony, a German Shorthaired Pointer, specializes in tracking and narcotics detection. Tony’s ability to elicit a strong drive when detecting such materials makes him an incredible asset to the HPD. Officer Stetchock is responsible for handling Tony, which includes training, guiding, and caring for him. The pair can frequently be recognized in various parts of the community raising awareness about their contribution to minimizing the amount of crime present to the public. When off the clock, Tony and Officer Stetchock enjoy relaxing at home together or often playing fetch.
